The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Experience Wine is fully committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information, and all information provided by you or collected by Experience Wine is done so lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Registration
You will be required to register with Experience Wine so that we are able to process any orders placed on the website. By registering with Experience Wine you consent to Experience Wine Ltd accumulating, recording, maintaining and utilising your personal information. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. All information collected will only be used by Experience Wine to enhance your experience of our business and products; and will only be used by Experience Wine employees, agents or legal representatives, we will never share your personal information with a third party without your explicit consent.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Age Verification
It is a requirement of registration with the website that you are over 18 years of age. Experience Wine aims to uphold the licensing objectives as outlined in the Licensing Act 2003 and will follow the best practice advice of Cornwall Council Licensing and Trading Standards Officers.
It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons less than 18 years of age in the UK.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If our couriers or representatives are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request formal identification or proof of age. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave your products.
Terms of Contract
Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we accept your order, payment is received and the goods have been dispatched to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods or services to you without giving any reason. At the moment we accept your order or in the case of delivery of goods, when the goods are despatched, a contract will be made between you and us. All goods remain the property of Experience Wine Ltd until payment is received.

Delivery
All goods will be delivered either by our own employees or a reputable courier instructed by us. We use a national courier for deliveries outside Cornwall and aim to have your order with you in a few days. If there are time constraints please let us know. Please examine all goods upon delivery and ensure that they are in a good condition. Liability cannot be accepted for damaged goods once they have been received. If you are not happy with the condition of your delivery please do not accept it.
Refunds and Returns
Specific services, orders for goods (to be delivered) may be cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of goods. A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancelled order will be refunded within 30 days. A charge for collections will be payable. If returned wines are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, a re-delivery fee will also be charged.
If you feel your wine is out of condition i.e. corked etc, please return within 48 hours of opening and we will happily refund this for you.
Product Descriptions, Strengths, Vintages and Availability
All bottles are 70cl for spirits and 75cl for wine unless otherwise stated. Alcohol content is expressed as a percentage of alcohol by volume (ABV)
Descriptions and tasting notes are intended only as a guide to the products available and goods may vary in appearance, strength and vintage from those displayed on our website.
Either…..Occasionally we may have to substitute a wine for one of a later vintage or a alternative that we believe to be of a similar quality and the same or higher value. If you are unhappy with the substituted product we will have it collected at no cost to you.
Or ……..If a product is no longer available, or where we anticipate a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you and wherever possible we will offer you an alternative product of superior quality value. Where we have to substitute a product we will contact you before we dispatch your order or processing payment.
The appearance of goods, particularly gift wrapped items and hampers will vary from those shown in the images on our website. If you have particular requirements as regards gift wrapping and hampers please contact us and we will accommodate you wherever possible.
Experience Wine reserves the right to remove products and offers from sale at any time and without notice.
Special offers, promotions and prices may vary between our store and on our website.

The company undertakes to give you the best service possible but do not accept responsibility for uninterrupted services whilst ‘on-line’ due to technical problems outside of our control and are therefore unable to guarantee entirely error free services.

Applicable Law – These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.
International Use – We make no promise that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Our right to suspend or cancel your registration – We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Experience Wine shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.
