Producer Profile; The Domaine de Mont-Auriol was once a royal estate and has belonged to the Sarret family for thirteen generations. Aquired in March 1488 by Nicolas de Sarret who is the direct ancestor of the present owners. The estate stretches across a line of hills which face south across the Golfe du Lion. The Domaine comprises of 110 hectares of vineyards and work within sustainable agricultural methods.
