Deliveries to Mainland UK

Two Day* Delivery from £7.95 for mainland UK

We aim to have all orders with you within two days if orders received by 11.00am, otherwise dispatch will be the following day

*Weekdays only, Conditions Apply:
Orders placed on Mon-Thurs will be dispatched same day if received before 11.00am (otherwise dispatch will be the following day).
Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. (We prefer not to dispatch over the weekends due to breakages).
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Saturday Delivery is available but will incur an additional charge, please call for details

If you do have an urgent deadline, please give us a call as it may be possible to dispatch sooner.

We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible should your delivery schedule differ for any reason.

Delivery Charges are applicable per location:

Order value up to £75.00 Delivery cost will be £9.95

Order value up to £150.00 Delivery cost will be £7.95

Order value over £150.00 Delivery will be FREE

Local Deliveries

Our own Experience Wine van looks after deliveries within Cornwall, and we offer free delivery on any orders over £150.00 within the county. (Orders under £150.00 within Cornwall are charged a delivery fee of £5). If you live right on our doorstep, within the town of Lostwithiel, please give us a call.

PLEASE NOTE: Van deliveries within Cornwall may not be next day. Please contact us to find out which day we’ll be delivering in your area.

Non UK Mainland Deliveries

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK due to the extremely high courier costs. However, we are happy to quote on any special orders, so please give us a call.

Please call before placing an order to Scotland or any UK Islands, as some postcodes require a surcharge on the standard delivery cost.

Refunds and Returns

Specific services, orders for goods (to be delivered) may be cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of goods. A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancelled order will be refunded within 30 days. A charge for collections will be payable. If returned wines are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, a re-delivery fee will also be charged.

If you feel your wine is out of condition i.e. corked etc, please return within 48 hours of opening and we will happily refund this for you.
