Producer Profile;

Freschello vineyards are located in Veneto, where the tradition for light and easy fresh wines dates back to the Venice Republic. We control production from vineyard to bottling. We partially do early harvest to reduce alcohol volume and increase freshness. We use only temperature control soft pressing and fermentation to protect freshness, fruitiness and aromas.
