Description: An elegant and full bodied Malbec with silky smooth flavours on the palate and touches of spice.

Producer profile: La Riojana co-operative was created in the 1940's. Many of the growers first arrived in the La Rioja region from Italy and recognised the area as ideal for plating vines. The majority of growers, roughly 80% are classed as small producers with vineyard holdings no more than three hectares. Combined they now harvest approximately 4000 hectares of vineyards in the La Rioja province.
