Description; Subtle aromas of red fruit (raspberry, strawberry), with some floral prints (hyacinths, violet). Very ample on the palate, with soft tannins.
Producer Profile; located in the south of Burgundy and in the heart of Beaujolais, the Manoir du Carra has been a winery since 1850. A mansion and a wine house, each with its own vault, bear witness to the history and tradition attached to the estate.
Shaped by the Sambardier family for generations, the property now extends over 34 hectares of vineyards and allows the production of names as famous as Beaujolais Villages, Brouilly, Julienas and Moulin à Vent.
