Description; Aromas of black fruits and hints of spice. An elegant, aromatic and expressive wine of the Cairanne region. Hand picked and the vineyards are worked with full respect of the environment.
Producer profile; Founded in 1953 by Jean-Louis Ferran Domaine des Escaravailles is now owned by the third generation. The vineyards extend over 65 Ha in the Rhime region. The vines are cultivated in the old way with plowing and organic fertilizers. The harvest is essentially manual with hand sorting at the winery. The upmost care is taken to respect the vines, the vineyards and produce outstanding wines.
