Producer Profile; The Cave de Pomerols was founded in 1932 and has since steadily grown. There are now around 350 growers involved with a combined 1800 hectares of vineyards, 400 of which are classified AOP Picpoul de Pinet. Located to the south of the Via Domitia, the terroir mainly consists of ancient terraces called "Costieres", dating back to the Pliocene period.
