Dry and fine, with sensations of apple and green pear giving it the right amount of zest and making it a wine that immediately evokes , its direct and essential character. The perfect acidity and blaanced softness make it a poignant Brut. It has a fruity citrus aftertaste. The bubbles are subtle, creamy and almost velvety on the palate.

Wholeheartedly appreciated from the very begining, his wines were soon enriched by smart technological investments and Bortolin began to specialise in the production of spumante sparkling wines.
