Producer profile; Founded in 2011 Mezzogiorno is a small cooperative in Southern Italy. They focus on sourcing high quality fruit for the creation of wines which embody the typical flavours and characteristics of the native grape varieties. The grapes are soft presssed and fermentation is in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
