The family vineyards cover 20 hectares in a beautiful location, planted mostly with Garnatza grape varieties. Their focus is to produce quality wines true to the tarditional roots of the region. Their objective is always to bring out the identity, character and the expression of the "terroir" from each grape variety. Grapes are carefully selected by hand in small 20kgs boxes, gently destemmed, then crushed and macerated according to each variety. Production is limited to 1-1.5kgs per vine and Xavier overseas the entire process from tending the vines, winemaking and finally bottling.
