Producer Profile:

Niavrius are a modern thinking winery based in La Rioja. The vineyards are high altitude ( 800m above sea level) and this helps to give their wines a lovely freshness with keen acidity. They are unique in the fact that they only produce white wines and only have six varieties planted including White Maturana, which is the oldest variety of written knowledge in the region. The winery is modern, close to the vineyards and they vinify the juice from every parcel of land seperately to retain its indivudual character.
