Description: Oh Wow !!!, elegant and fresh with aromas of wild berries, flowers and warming spices. So to try and keep it brief, vines are only selected with low yields and from these 1kg of grapes are handpicked, with which a single bottle of Cepa a Cepa is made. The perfect combination of personality, modernity and passion. This is only classified as a Cosecha as it does not follow the tradional rules.

 Producer Profile:

Proelio is the essence of modern Rioja. the vineyards are situated at almost 800m above the sea and orientated towards the north. This is really high for Rioja and results in a cooler season and a lot more effort.

Wine is vinefied with indigenous yeast and all parcels are vinefied seperately.  Proelio means battle in Latin and is a refrence to all the hard work in difficult conditions that these wines are made in.
