Description; A lovely refreshing white from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Garganega. The grapes are partially dried before fermenatation (Appassimento) resulting in greater concentration of fruit, unusual to find at this price point.

Producer Profile; The Cielo family originated in the Valle del Chiampo and the family winery began in 1908. The family winery continued to gow and expand throughout the 1930's as the second generation took over. The third generation took over in the 1960's and a new winery was built and the family built up its export market. Now on the fourth generation the famnily still excel at producing good wines at incredible value. They focus on looking after the earth and growing grapes in a sustainable manner and respecting the envronment.
